Caputo Ad and Kilgore Ad

Tonight I saw the new Kilgore ad. It very cleverly could evoke some old fears or rather unsettling feelings on undecideds as it in a way takes us back a year ago by calling Kaine a flip-flopper. The Kilgore campiagn is showing Kaine for what he is, someone who cannot stand by his record and changes his position during election season. The Caputo ad on Craddock portraying him as a trigger happy nut hopefully will not resonate in that district. It also spoke of the now infamous traffic tickets. Which is ironic as in my Gov 312 Political parties and campaigns class today, McDonald brought up the fact that young candidates get attacked on traffic ticket violations becuase thats the only thing the opponent can pick on them for. The class agreed that this was stupid (although if they knew they were indirectly defending a conservative, they would probably all go into cardiac arrest) and McDonald was referring to Craddock. An interesting night all in all as far as ads go

Nope, Craddock is a nut. Not because he claims to conservative, which he is not. He's a radical and a christian evangelical but he's no conservative. He's a nut. And he's going to lose his election to an old, effective government worker who knows how to win.
