... triggering an automatic recount. Ugh.

It's now 782, and likely to change (up/down) in the next day or so.

10:43pm, it looks like right at 900.

It's nice to see Bob jump ahead at least once on an update.

If you assume that the errors they are finding are random, it seem strange that it always seems the errors are such that the democrat numbers jump more than republican numbers.

Maybe it just looks that way from this side. I was so hoping this wouldn't happen, I want the election to be over on election night. It's bad enough I have to work so hard BEFORE the election, I shouldn't have to think about it AFTERWARDS.

In Washington state last fall, all the "errors" they found always happened to be in favor of the Democrats.

Exactly.

Rossi was screwed out the the election by liberal judges.

Yes, the legal recounts in Washington screwed Dino Rossi...or was it the will of the voters?

It's amazing that Republicans want to "let the people decide". Yet when the word "recount" is said to determine the validity of the election and to make sure we got it right, you scream and cry foul.

Except in this case where Rossi won the first vote AND the first recount and only after some chicanery when judges changed election rules AFTER the election did that change.

No...there was a manual second recount paid for by Gov. Gregorie...they found that the machines were reading some of the votes wrong hence the vote total. What chicanery? Point to where the judges changed the rules.
