Jeff Frederick:Entozoan

Image Hosted by ImageShack.usImage Hosted by ImageShack.us Jeff Frederick recently sent out a mail piece declaring his independence! Instead he declared that he was a parasite. The mail piece has a picture of a dictionary on it, and the word independent is obviously supposed to have been circled..BUT...When one looks closer at the mail-piece, the circled word is Entozoan. Noun 1.entozoan - any of various parasites that live in the internal organs of animals (especially intestinal worms) endoparasite, endozoan, entoparasite, entozoon parasite - an animal or plant that lives in or on a host (another animal or plant); the parasite obtains nourishment from the host without benefiting or killing the host

1. Can you post the picture? Too funny!

2. What is entozoan doing next to independent in the dictionary?

I noticed this too and found it hysterical.

There was something in my guts that told me that Frederick was no good.

Get it?!? Something in my guts! Like an endozoan?!? I crack myself up sometimes.

This is too funny! Too bad he is the education candidate!

That is funny. Poor staff work, huh?

At least Barg's trash calls Frederick a veteran (although somehow Barg thinks that is a bad thing).

Funny.

But after all, he IS an elected official.

The confusion is obvious.

..because he only served a month on active duty...

The Barg campaign finally did something smart yesterday. The bought a billboard on Route 1 for the campaign, right at the entrance to Southbridge. To my knowledge, she is the first candidate to purchase a billboard advertisement in PWC in recent times. And here I was hoping to be the first to pull that if I ever throw my hat in the ring. In fact, I had that very billboard in mind.

Overall, a good move for the Barg campaign. However, the dimwits didn't do it until one week before the election and put it in a location that is not on the way to any polling place.

I can only hope that she didn't put her face on it, Jim.

Again, another smart move. All they put up was the logo like on their yard signs (which is ripped off from the logo of Weld/Celucci '90 in MA -- I plan on posting a photo of the two signs soon.)

She purchased billboard advertising in her last BOCS race. It was the one near the WaWa at Cardinal Drive. You could see it going Southbound which because of the way that sign sits - it was difficult to see at all. I assume because of how you have to buy time on those signs the campaign sign was up until late November. Okay for the victor, but what an embarrasement for the loser. So enjoy the oversized Hilda Barg sign 'til Thanksgiving!

In other words, ROR, she put everything her campaign stands for on the billboard, except for all her negative attacks on her opponent.

"I'm Hilda Barg, vote for me because my opponent is a minority and a veteran and a business owner and doesn't take money from developers and voted against stuff I say he voted for"

1)He does take money from developers

2)He is aganist affirmative action, but applied as a minority owned-business to reap the benefits

3)He was on active duty for one month, I commend him on that...but I wouldnt be parading as a veteran

I feel Jeff Frederick is a great delegate, and should be re-elected, but that his position has made him sometimes forget the voters, and that Delegate is not President.

I urge everyone to vote for him,and believe Hildas opposition will have made him a better man, and better deleate.

This entozoan fiasco is just as funny as the fact that he sent multiple pieces of lit bashing the Southbridge development TO HOMES IN SOUTHBRIDGE.

Yes, I got the Southbridge bash piece, too, and I'm president of the Southbridge HOA. Now, it would have been more accurate to state that the vote is for what is now being called Harbor Station and is now separate from Southbridge. (At the time of the vote, however, this area was to have been part of Southbridge, so the mailer is technically correct on that point.)

Even then, though, the overwhelming majority of Southbridge residents WANT Harbor Station because: 1. It will have a VRE station; 2. It will have a Jack Nicklaus golf course that Southbridge residents will have special privileges at; and 3. It will have a town center with upscale stores and restaurants.

As far as the "sign wars" in Southbridge, Frederick probably has a 5-1 advantage.

The point remains that most people do not understand or care about those distinctions. All they know is that their delegate is bashing someone who cast a vote for their neighborhood. Not a smart move, Jeff.

Hilda has used billboards since her 1st election 18 years ago. They were a roadside eyesore then, just as they are now.

Here's a little more about Jeff's military record. The only month he ever wore a military uniform was his one month (actually slightly less than a month) in Officer Candidate School. He never even finished his initial training. He dropped out, or flunked out, and was given an other-than-honorable discharge.

Here's some perspective. Ask your favorite Marine if a guy who didn't finish Basic was really a Marine. The answer will be no. I'd guess that's the same with just about any military training.
